We operate a local lead generation service, connecting individuals (“you”, “user”) with independent service providers for services such as Aircond repair, plumbing, home renovation, pest control, cleaning, locksmith services, and other local home services.

The name “Lumivique” is a brand used for marketing, advertising, WhatsApp business, social media, and online representation of Lumivique Connect. All services, communications, enquiries, referrals, and transactions conducted under the brand “Lumivique” — whether through this website or via any other platforms, channels, or communication methods — are deemed to be conducted by Lumivique Connect, and are governed by Lumivique Connect’s Terms and Policies.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA) Malaysia. By using our landing page, submitting your information, or contacting us via WhatsApp or other channels, you agree to the collection, use, and disclosure of your personal information as described in this Privacy Policy.

We do not conduct background checks, qualification checks, licensing verification, insurance verification, or safety assessments of any service provider.

Users are solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence before engaging any service provider.

We store personal information using reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect it from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or misuse.

While we take steps to protect your data, we cannot guarantee complete security, and we are not liable for unauthorized access or misuse once data is shared with service providers.

7. Use of WhatsApp Business and Third-Party Communication Platforms

Lumivique Connect uses WhatsApp Business and other third-party communication platforms solely as communication channels to facilitate lead referrals between you (the individual/user) and independent service providers.

By contacting us, submitting information, or communicating with us through WhatsApp Business or any third-party platform, you acknowledge and agree that such use is subject to this Privacy Policy and our Terms and Conditions, regardless of whether your information is submitted through our website or via WhatsApp.

We do not own, operate, control, or guarantee the availability, security, confidentiality, or performance of WhatsApp or any third-party communication platform. All communications conducted through such platforms are subject to their respective terms, policies, and privacy practices.

We are not responsible or liable for message content, delivery failures, delays, data retention, message forwarding, screenshots, misuse, interception, unauthorized access, or any other issues arising from or relating to the use of WhatsApp or other third-party platforms.

9. Limitation of Liability

By using our services, you acknowledge that:

  • We are strictly a lead generation platform
  • All interactions, payments, service outcomes, and disputes are solely between you and the service provider
  • We disclaim all liability for:
    • Service quality or delays
    • Property damage or personal injury
    • Financial loss or dissatisfaction
    • Legal claims, complaints, or court actions
    • Fraud, dishonesty, or unlawful acts by the service provider

We are not responsible for any claims, loss, damages, injury, dissatisfaction or disputes arising from services provided by independent third-party providers, and any legal actions against the service provider shall not involve us.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to the use of our platform, referral services, or shared leads shall be limited to RM100 or the amount paid by you to us (if any), whichever is lower.

We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or business interruption.

10. No Agency or Partnership

Nothing in this Privacy Policy or our services shall be deemed to create any partnership, joint venture, agency, employment, or representative relationship between us and any service provider.

11. Consent
